Launched in April, the top of the range OnePlus 8 is on track to receive a refresh, with the new OnePlus 8T model coming with a faster chipset and improved cameras.
Related to a revelation regarding the newest version of Adroid 11 Developer Preview, the new OnePlus 8T appears with approximately the same design, with a screen cut after the contour of the case and perforation in the upper left corner for the front camera lens.

Apparently, the main distinguishing feature will be the Snapdragon 865 Plus chipset, with higher frequencies than the solution delivered on the initial version of the phone.
At the rear, the triple-camera configuration uses a 64MP main camera with optical stabilization, 16MP ultra-wide camera and 2MP sensor for very close-up pictures, using macro mode. For comparison, the original OnePlus 8 offered only 48MP resolution on the main sensor.
Developed under the code name “Kabob”, OnePlus 8T would be unveiled this fall, in a configuration with 8GB of RAM. Already appeared in the catalog of the popular Geekbench, the phone obtains a single-core score of 912 points, respectively 3288 points in the multi-core test, which positions it at a level of performance with a few percent compared to the current model.
Although it was not communicated, the price should be close to the amount of 699 euros, already requested for the OnePlus 8 model with 8 GB + 128 GB memory.
